
Andrew Pascale
The firm consist of Andrew “Andy” Pascale. Andrew is a South Florida native. He attended the University of Central Florida where he achieved a B.S. degree in Business Management. He then went on to attend and graduate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School.
He worked with a national franchise company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale by assisting it with regulatory compliance and contract disputes. Thereafter he gained valuable trial experience under a prominent local attorney.
Andrew’s work has not gone unnoticed. He set binding precedent when he successfully argued to Florida's Fifth District Court of Appeal that all subsequent assignees of a first mortgage holder are entitled to statutory "safe harbor" when they acquire title to a property by foreclosing on it, thereby limiting their responsibility for the payment of delinquent association assessments to just a maxim of 12 months.
